Problem with website trying to buy Honors Points

I have tried several times today throughout the day to buy points. Ive used 3 cards and keep getting this message

We're sorry we could not process your request. Your credit card was declined. Please check with your credit card company and then re-submit your request at a later date.
There is nothing wrong with the cards as Ive used them today for other purchases. Also 1 is an amex and it either doesnt let me enter the 4 digit security code OR if it does let me enter 4 it tells me to enter a valid code

Anybody else having issues? :confused:
