Good morning FT'ers.
I am a little stuck as to booking advanced purchase rates at the Hilton Hurghada resort.
On the booking screen at the top it states :-
"This hotel is an All Inclusive Resort. All rates include three meals per day, soft drinks, local spirits, and snacks."
Fine.. then when I try and book a week commencing 16th Sep i get offered two rates..
1) refundable rate [$160]
2) Advanced purchase, includes breakfast, 25% discount... [$120]
I have spoken to Hilton who state that they don't think the advanced purchase would be all inclusive even though I state their website that all rates are all inclusive.
To confuse matters even more. I work in the travel industry and I am eligible for staff rates.. would that be all inclusive? can anyone answer this?
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks
