Do European Hilton Bookings incur Foreign Trans Fees?

This may be a stupid question, but I'll ask it anyway.

I'm going to Germany and booking my rooms at Hilton properties.
If I book online, does that transaction incur a foreign transaction fee?

I'm asking to see if it would be worth it to book with a Hilton card for the points, or just use my CSP and avoid additional fees.
