Preupgraded????

Hi folks..... this is a new one to me, maybe you guys can help?..... ok - when i travel its normally alone on business or for leisure with my girlfriend and only book one room..... i usually check my online account the night before or early morning see if i've been pre upgraded ( as we all do i'm sure :))..... however this friday myself, girlfriend and mother are off to Hilton burton upon trent for a spa weekend and booked two rooms.......checked my account and it wont let me view booking ( when i hit the view/edit button) because i booked two rooms???..... it just sends me too a menu where i have to enter name/last four numbers on credit card .....this doesn't work either?.....stumped? :confused:
