Extended Stay Homewood Suites

Hello, I am going to be staying at a local Homewood Suites in Agoura, CA for about 4 months as my new home is finished being built. I am a Diamond member, and they already gave me a great rate per night ($99 tax free). I will also be paying with my Hilton Honors AMEX. My question is to find out if there is anything I can/should do to maxmize my point gain etc for this extended stay?

I did find out that this hotel isn't particpaticing in Q4 promotion... =(
