How is the Hilton Grand Vacations Las Vegas Flamingo Suites???

So I was booking a night through HHonors and they told me if I agreed to listen to a 2 hour BS sales pitch, I will get the following for 276.00 plus tax.

4 day / 3 night stay
$50.00 off the price
15,000 HHonors points
$200.00 on us on a future stay
2 VIP show tickets & dinner


This is for a 1 bedroom suite at the Hilton Grand Vacations Las Vegas Flamingo.

Am I going to be disappointed? Advice?
