Just wondered if anyone else has noticed this - When I first started staying at Hiltons back in 2005, the water in the rooms was Strathmore ( glass bottle) one still, one sparkling.
I have just completed a mattress run and only one Hilton had these (Wembley uk).....the next night at Brighton , same make, but in a plastic bottle??.....then the next night in Warwick same make, plastic bottle and "stubby" size????? , what's going on.....I know it sounds a little petty but Strathmore produce very fine mineral water, put it in a plastic bottle and it tastes like any other mid range water.....plus it looks cheap sitting on the coffee table as you enter the room.......maybe im being too fussy, but anyone else noticed this apparent cost cutting measure?
