Sorry if the title seems a little bit biased (I have indeed lots of top experiences with fantastic clerks) but my last experience was more than disappointing:
I booked a room at the Hilton BONN:
* Room with two single beds (confirmed)
* No smoking (confirmed)
* My preferences on HHonors are: High floor and away from elevator
This is what I got:
Smoking room with king bed, first floor, next to elevator :mad:
Back to check-in desk, room was smoothly changed according to my wishes BUT:
Why do I loose time to enter my preferences and to book a specific room if I get exactly the opposite ?
