Hi folks,
I'm new to the forum but not to travel. I'm a Hilton Diamond and Delta PM, but what brings me to this thread is a constant barage of robo-calls from Hilton Grand Vacations this week. Over the last week I've gotten called at all hours of the night from this number:
407-722-3791- 11/25 @10:54AM
407-722-3791- 11/25 @8:20PM
407-722-3791- 11/26 @6:54AM
407-722-3791- 11/26 @11:01AM
407-722-3791- 11/26 @7:17PM
407-722-3791- 11/26 @11:46PM
407-722-3791- 11/27 @11:14AM
Have any of you folks ever experienced this from Hilton before? I called Hilton Corporate but a really useless guy gave me an '800 number to call and said it would be best if I called them. He didn't offer any additional Hilton points to offset being woken up in the middle of the night and having my office mobile phone blown up with these spam calls.
Sorry to the community that my first post is a rant, but I'm curious if any of the fine people of this forum have experienced this before, and if so, what they did to get the problem resolved (stop calling) and if they obtained any points compensation from Hilton for the disturbance.
Thanks so much folks and I'm looking forward to being a member of this community.
-Rob
