Change dates on Award stay (with old structure)

I know this is probably buried in a thread here, but I could not find it.

I currently have a 5 night stay at Conrad Rangali for early 2015 with the old points structure. Has anyone had luck changing the dates and keeping the old point totals? Even if I can't keep the same Hilton rates I'm thinking about moving up the trip to mid-next year to save on all the airline devaluations (here's looking at you United :mad:)
