Sorry if this doesn't belong here. Please advise and I'll move it along. I've been primarily a Delta and Marriott member for years now, but this has only started to mean anything significant to me within the last year, as a new job has afforded me the chance to travel quite a bit.
I've stuck with them, but I also just realized (*duh*) that, in addition to hotel points, Hilton allows you to double dip and receive Delta points. I like Marriott, have been quite happy with them, but the thought of getting more Delta points is intriguing.
Now, all that said, with the introduction of Delta's new fee-based awards program, the chance to double dip won't mean as much. But I'm wondering if it's worth switching to Hilton for the extra Delta points that I would be able to use on the Delta Sky Miles Marketplace.
Is Hilton easier/harder to earn rewards than Marriott is?
