Does anyone have an email address for management at the Garden Inn in Glasgow? Repeatedly struggling to book public sector rate rooms which appear on the website and then fail to book at varying stages of the process.
Reception helped out on the phone for one or two when they have managed to book it for me but the party line over the past 3 weeks has been, sorry sir we are not permitted to book those in the hotel you must do it online.
Trying to book a room every two weeks for the next 9 months, you would think they would want the business!
