I got this card about a month ago and noticed immediately that the virtual credit card feature did not work; I found that strange as it works for all my other Citi credit cards.
Calling the number on the card, I was notified by no less than THREE Citi reps that it takes about a fortnight from the activation date for the virtual CC feature to become functional and I would just have to wait a little longer.
Now that it has been over a month and it still does not work, I called Citi yet again. Today I was informed by another supervisor that these HH Reserve cards do not come with a virtual number feature.
So which version is correct? Has anybody on FT been able to use virtual numbers with his/her HHonors Citi Reserve card?
