Package holiday booked via 3rd party travel agent - qualify for points/perks?

Evening all,

I've found a very attractive All-In rate for the Hilton Sharm Waterfall. I'm wondering, as a HH Gold, will I a) be able to claim HH points for the stay (I'm guessing not, as booked through TA?) and b) be eligible for the usual Gold perks - room upgrade, free wifi etc? Or will I be treated much like the also-rans?
