Hilton Hotel London City 12-14sept max budget 100 euro

There is a sale going on for all Hilton Hotels in Europe, but for 12-14 september prices are mad. I see rooms from 200 pounds in the city.
Any tips for me to get a decent rate in the city or docklands for 100 euro a night?
About 40 Hilton Hotels but no decent rate?
