I stayed here last nite, its fine for a hampton inn but the staff really impressed me--as i was leaving, i mentioned to them that the shower was really an issue, that it was probably the worst shower I have ever had (and i am not a shower fanatic at all).
we chatted a few minutes, i went to eat my breakfast and they called me over and told me they were refunding my money because of the 100% guarantee-I was mortified, told them that was not my intention, but they said I wasnt 100% satisfied and that was their choice.
I know there is this guarantee out there, but I really was surprised. They said they have done that with other people who mentioned an issue and they love the reaction.
