My Hilton account/website problems have been fixed!!

For a few months, I've been having trouble viewing my information when logging into my Hilton account. Would receive error message on every browser I tried & on their apps. I must've emailed their customer service a dozen times & each time I was told, "IT is working on this issue. May we assist you with something?"

I kept replying that it was super inconvenient for me to contact them anytime I wanted to book/review a reservation & that I wasn't having any trouble with competitors' sites. Yesterday, I called the issue ridiculous & requested they set up a new account for me because a) I knew nobody was actually working on it & b) I had other Hilton friends having no issues.

FINALLY.... got a useful response following that email & the issue fixed. "Thank you so much for your patience. I have corrected the problem in your account and you should be able to log on to your account and view all information now. For the future when making reservations if you have more than 1 room tied to a confirmation number this will cause a problem viewing your account. Our IT department is working to correct this problem as well."

So if anyone else is having a similar problem, this could be the issue as well. Crazy that it was a problem in the first place, but maybe this will help someone out there.
