Hilton Scottsdale Downgraded my Res

Hey Everyone - Anything I can do about this?


So I had a confirmed reservation:


Arrival: 07 Nov 2014 4:00 PM
Departure: 10 Nov 2014 12:00 PM

Then like 5 hours later they changed me back to the original Reservation.

Kind of feel like I got jacked.

I have always assumed that while making or changing a reservation the real time availability was checked.

I think the property decided they weren't willing to honor the nicer room for that rate.

That's there prerogative but to not even call me or anything seems like poor treatment of a loyal HHonors Gold member
