Either I am doing something wrong or the HHonors website is really screwy. For the second time in a week, I'm trying to find an award stay in a major city that has more than a dozen Hilton family properties. I'm searching for a one-night stay--one in mid-December and one in mid-January--but I am seeing only rates for cash, with no award nights shown. There's no way there can be zero availability anywhere.
My HHonors account balance is too low to book anything right now--is that why I'm not being shown any award nights? I can easily move points into it from other sources, so I want to see what's available.
Can anyone help? I feel sure this issue must be covered in another thread somewhere but if so, I'm not seeing it.
