Doubletree Agra, India

I noticed that a new DT in Agra, India is accepting reservations from 1/1/15 and beyond. Does anyone have any info on whether this is a new hotel or takeover of existing? I am hoping to stay there on 1/3/15 and would like confirmation that our reservation will be honored.

I called HHonors but they were no help.....big surprise.
