At check-in, I was presented with a 'personalized' note from the GM (mail-merged form letter with handwritten name on envelope) that reads in part:
This seems like such a cheap, tacky and unprofessional marketing ploy. Is the GM really trying to manipulate year-end survey results for bonus purposes? Is this considered acceptable behavior at Hilton properties?
For reference: I'm SPG100 and was thinking I'd try to pick up Hilton Gold this year but this is really turning me off to the brand.
