I'm currently a Diamond member and have been for a number of years.
This year company travel has taken a big hit and whether I make Diamond is going to be VERY close.
I've been going by the "Account Overview" when I log in (to check how close I am) and today it says: "Based on stays earned this year, your 2013 tier would be Gold. To maintain Diamond status in 2013, you need 1 more stays."
But, I looked over my spreadsheet for Hilton and for 2012, I count:
Paid stays - 25
Reward stays - 2
According to my "Account Overview" - I have 27 stays so far.
Which sounds correct if you add my Paid and Reward stays together, but for status, they only count Paid stays.
How could I be 1 stay away from making Diamond again?
