Best Berlin Hiltons and possibly Frankfurt Hiltons

I was given the advice to fly into Frankfurt from Nashville and then take the train to Berlin. Any Hilton properties that are worth staying in for a day or two?
Also, there are some nice looking Hiltons in Berlin - any suggestions for those?
Any suggestions for interesting day train trips from Berlin? Thanks so much.
