Award certificate for a stay

Hey guys,

This is the first time I use my HH points (its about time right)?. When I booked the award it mentioned that I need to bring the certificate with me to the hotel. What certificate? Besides the regular confirmation I did not receive any other award certificates.

What are they talking about?
