Seeing as you have vanished from the thread you started and have not answered any of the questions on that thread, I figured I would start a new one.
I am sick of begging the front desk to take premium off my bill.

What is up with Premium internet for Diamonds?

Maybe I will just start booking future stays elsewhere.
