long time reader and now opened an account for getting help as well ^
2-3 weeks ago:
As several times before i did a best rate claim and got approved and lowered the rate from 175 Euro/night to 88.98 Euro/night.
So there came a new reservation confirmation and everything was fine.
Yesterday: Awardwallet sent me an automated mail and told me that my rate changed (back) to 175 Euro/night.
I called the hotel and got the irritating answer:
"We have received your best rate guarantee claim and the nightly rate of your reservation has been changed from 175.00 Euros to 88.98 Euros. However, in the confirmation you will still see the rate of 175.00 but you will pay only €88.98 per night..."
Can anyone help me with this?
