AMEX Rewards Pts. 30% more to Transfer to HHonors- Good Deal?

I have some Amex Reward Points that I'm evaluating to transfer to HHonors. Right now they have the following promo going:

From December 1, 2012 to January 31, 2013 for every 1,000 Membership Rewards® points you transfer to your Hilton HHonors™ account, you can get 2,000 Hilton HHonors points – that’s 33% more than before. Additional HHonors bonus points will be awarded at the time of transfer.

I can't recall if this is a good bonus offer, or have there been higher ones and I should just wait.
