Do I get hhonors when booking with hotels.com?

Hi... I tried looking on the sticky FAQ first but couldn't find it

If I book a Hilton property with hotels.com, do I get any hhonors credit (nights, points, etc)?

I saw a thread about 4 years ago about it, but cannot seem to find in Hilton's T&Cs anything about it.
