GLON and ALON

I have seen threads where these are mentioned and looked at the wiki thread.

How does one get a GLON certificate?

How does one learn about ALON rates?

I have been diamond for 6 years now and have never received a GLON certificate.

What am I missing? I am sure I have missed out on some fantastic offers somewhere along the line.
