London Hilton Hotels -- My limited choices

I am taking my 18 year old son to London as part of a European Trip over Easter. Will be in London 28 Mar through 1 Apr.

I am a Diamond and will be using an AXON, but as we need a twin room, I am finding limited availability

I've stayed at the Trafalgar and the Waldorf, and would prefer those, but there's no availability.

I've found rooms at the DT Regent St, DT Westminster, DT West End, DT Victoria, Paddington Hilton, and Hilton Hyde Park.

Safe, inviting areas, with easy access to the Tube, as well as some nice shopping/restaurants are high on our list of importance. Good breakfast would be a plus.

I've done a look at reviews of these, but they are so hit & miss.

Any thoughts on best hotel options (or ones to exclude from consideration?) for a father/teen son trip?
