I had the unfortunate circumstance of having a fire in my home several weeks ago (1/19 to be exact). We have been staying at a Homewood Suites since 1/20 and will likely be here through most of May.
It is direct bill from my insurance company and they pay weekly. The rate is not discounted. I have been receiving points on a weekly basis from 2/8 onward, but I am missing points for my stay 1/20-2/7 which equates to around 59,000 points and would put me at Diamond. Before I call the front desk manager and explain the situation asking for these points, am I entitled to these points even if it is direct bill? Based on the T&C I found below (#12) that I quoted, I think I am, but I figured I would ask the experts here. Much thanks!!
