70k rooms at a AI?

As I read it, the 70K rooms at the Costa Rica Hilton are not AI. but the hotel itself is and AI. What differences will I experience if I book the room on points? Will Diamond still get me some selest food access (such as breakfast)? Can you buy AI on the top of it. Currently we are schedulded to be at the RIU, but if the cost difference is significant, ill switch to the Hilton.
