I have been increasingly frustrated by Hilton website, the fact it doesnt work, it makes you log in several times, your stays are not up dated, your future stays you cant get into. I wrote to them, to get some answers, here is the answer:
Dear Mr. Tiffin,
We sincerely apologize for this. We are aware of the internet issues that we
face and are working to resolve the issues. We would also like to advise you of
the routine maintenance that takes place every Saturday evening going into
Sunday morning between the hours of 11pm - 6am Central Standard Time. The
internet as well as our hotels and reservations department does not have access
to book reservations and other features during this time. As mentioned this is
routine maintenance and is scheduled weekly at the times mentioned above. We
apologize for the inconvenience this may cause you. We do appreciate your
loyalty and thank you for giving us your feedback.

Okay so all seem fair enough, you do wonder why they dont tell us they will be doing work and the site will be down, but hey not the end of the world.
Then today I am on the site and pop up appears to give me feedback via a survey on the site. Now this happened to me on Saturday as well. The pop up tells you to continue on Hilton site and when you close the survey will start......guess what nothing, the survey does not start, twice this has happened. Awaiting the feedback from Hilton. All in all very embarassing for the company, a site that doesnt function correctly and a survey on a site that doesnt work that doesnt work.
Has anyone else had similar experiences? :confused:
