A quick question if any Hilton reps are lurking here...
If you're a person who frequently travels for the government (and therefore frequently is trying to get a government rate), is there a way to make it more likely to be able to get a reservation if you are a frequent traveler.
I'm on the road 50-60 days per year (which might not be much by FT standards) and used to be a loyal Embassy Suites customer until I could no longer get a (govt rate) reservation at any of their hotels in Silicon Valley.
I understand that a hotel wants to attract high-margin customers. What about a smaller-margin loyal customer?
