I booked a stay in London in the spring which is marked as non-refundable and may not be changed or cancelled. I just checked the rates for rooms during that same time and they are now over 100 gbp cheaper which for a 5 night stay is quite a savings. I checked the credit card I used to book the reservation and have never been charged for the reservation (even though it was an advanced payment rate when I booked) and it's been over 2 weeks since I booked it. The reservation is showing up on Hilton.com so I know it's done however I was curious if anyone has had any luck getting a different rate from something previously booked as a non-refundable reservation if the new published rate is significantly cheaper. Any help is appreciated!
