Concierge lounge

Hello

Im trying to figure out Hiltons concierge lounges. Im a Marriott plat that just switched to hilton and am finding conflicting info.

My basic ? Is that i have found some locations offer free beer/wine in the concierge or excutive lounge- examle is Stamford CT Hilton- but others do not, ex, Boston dwntwn, Woburn MA Hiltons.

Do any of you more experinced Honors mbrs have any input?

Also does anyone know if Hilton will status match Marriott?
